Founded in 2004, The West and Central Africa Human Rights Institute (WACAHRI) has its office in Accra, Ghana and works in collaboration with the Center for the Study of Human Rights (CSHR) at Columbia University in New York to run Annual Advanced Human Rights Training for human rights advocates and leaders of various human rights NGOs in West and Central Africa.
